Shipping
Shipping takes 3-5 business days after receiving payment. If there is a delay in stock you will be notified via email.
Local Pickup
Local pickup orders must be picked up within 72 hours of receiving your pickup notification. If it is not picked up within 72 hours, your order will be restocked and there will be no refund.Returns/Exchanges
We take pride in making sure that we provide the best quality and customer service to all of those who support CARM A. SUTRA. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless notified of malfunction/defect and proven before being worn. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, exchanges are not permitted. If the situation warrants a return/refund, you are responsible for shipping back to the company. Tags must still be attached and clothing should not have been worn.
